Commit to ten weeks of work to renew yourself this spring!
Once you’ve registered for this ten week workshop, I will call you to customize the work we do to reflect your needs. If you are pregnant, injured, or have any special needs, I will work them into the flow of each class. In addition, we’ll talk about journalling your progress and your goals.
FORTY live virtual weekly sessions on Zoom over ten weeks: March 22 to May 28, 2021. FOUR every WEEK!
Every Monday, a new, live 60 minute Ground and Expand Yoga Zoom session with Kim. 10AM EST to 11AM EST (7AM PST to 8AM PST)
Every Tuesday, a new, live 60 minute Yoga Core Zoom session with Kim. 10AM EST to 11AM EST (7AM PST to 8AM PST)
Every Thursday, a new, live 60 minute Rise and Shine Yoga Zoom session with Kim. 10AM EST to 11AM EST (7AM PST to 8AM PST)
Every Saturday, a new, live 75 minute Old Soul Yoga Zoom session with Kim. 10AM EST to 11:15AM EST (7AM PST to 8:15AM PST)
If you miss a session, all are recorded and posted for the community. You will be able to watch these until June 15, 2021.
The pass is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
All Zoom classes are private to Spring Renewal pass holders only. Overall attendance is limited to 20. The intent is to build a community focused on supporting each other.
