Since 1990, I’ve studied, practiced and taught yoga in New York with a lot of wonderful women. Over the years, many have moved away from the city. Now I have too!
I want to reconnect to my friends and clients with a yoga and wellness workshop for ten weeks this spring. The workshop will revolve around forty live Zoom sessions (four every week). You have to commit to all forty sessions!
If you miss one, you can view recorded sessions. But the intent is that we work together live!
In addition, I will talk to each of you individually to understand your goals and integrate into the practice we do four times a week.
The heart of the work is really breaking self-defeating routines of the past. We will create new habits that are healthy and help us reach our goals.
I will be asking each of you to journal your progress privately and suggesting other efforts you can make to acheive your goals.
I will always be there to support you. I hope that you will help the group by sharing your problems and your victories with each other on a private Facebook group I’ve created for the workshop this spring.

I started thirty years ago, in the age of the Jane Fonda workout. High-impact aerobics evolved into many different popular classes. Since 1996, I’ve been passionate about the rejuvenating and strengthening power of yoga, particularly Pre-Natal, Vinyasa, Power, Restorative and Yin Yoga. I’ve been inspired by many teachers, particularly Rodney Yee and Judith Lassiter. To me, Yoga is much more than an exercise program, it positively influences every aspect of my life.
What I enjoy most about teaching wellness and yoga is seeing the changes that it brings to my students. I really care about each of them. There is nothing better than seeing women becoming healthier, handling stress easily and actually glowing with health.
I hope you’ll join me for this 2021 Spring Renewal Workshop. We will remake ourselves this spring.
