Spring Renewal Wellness and Yoga Workshop

March 22 to May 29 2021
Space is limited to 20. Five amazing women have already committed. Join us, we would love to have you with us!

Since 1990, I’ve studied, practiced and taught yoga in New York with a lot of wonderful women. Over the years, many have moved away from the city. Now I have too!

I want to reconnect to my friends and clients with a yoga and wellness workshop for ten weeks this spring. The workshop will revolve around forty live Zoom sessions (four every week). You have to commit to all forty sessions!
If you miss one, you can view recorded sessions. But the intent is that we work together live!
In addition, I will talk to each of you individually to understand your goals and integrate into the practice we do four times a week.

The heart of the work is really breaking self-defeating routines of the past. We will create new habits that are healthy and help us reach our goals.

I will be asking each of you to journal your progress privately and suggesting other efforts you can make to acheive your goals.

I will always be there to support you. I hope that you will help the group by sharing your problems and your victories with each other on a private Facebook group I’ve created for the workshop this spring.

Join me on a ten week virtual journey to improve your health and wellness. Together we will let go of habits blocking our paths. Together we will cultivate health, abundance and vibrancy.

Studying and Practicing Yoga for 30 Years!

I started thirty years ago, in the age of the Jane Fonda workout. High-impact aerobics evolved into many different popular classes. Since 1996, I’ve been passionate about the rejuvenating and strengthening power of yoga, particularly Pre-Natal, Vinyasa, Power, Restorative and Yin Yoga. I’ve been inspired by many teachers, particularly Rodney Yee and Judith Lassiter. To me, Yoga is much more than an exercise program, it positively influences every aspect of my life.
What I enjoy most about teaching wellness and yoga is seeing the changes that it brings to my students. I really care about each of them. There is nothing better than seeing women becoming healthier, handling stress easily and actually glowing with health.
I hope you’ll join me for this 2021 Spring Renewal Workshop. We will remake ourselves this spring.

FOUR DAYS A WEEK - FOR TEN WEEKS

All classes are multi-level, I include beginners and keep more experienced students challenged. We always begin with centering breath work, followed by a series of physical poses. Poses will be held long enough for everyone to learn proper alignment and practice breath. Poses are designed to unblock areas of congestion, tension and tightness. The breath is designed to move nurturing Prana into these areas to restore optimal function. Each week, we will work on making one new healthy habit a reality for all of us. For example setting up AM and PM routines to keep us in alignment with our goals. All sessions end with a deeply restorative relaxation.
  • Day 1 - Mondays

    Each Monday, starting on March 22nd and ending on May 28, 2021. Ten live sessions on Mondays, all recorded and made available in case you miss one.

  • Setup the week for vibrancy and success with an energizing yoga practice to center your mind and strengthen your body while expanding and opening to greatness.

  • Day 2 - Tuesdays

    Each Tuesday, starting on March 23 and ending on May 25, 2021. Ten live Tuesday Zoom sessions, all recorded and made available in case you miss one.

  • Start your day with a smile and renewed purpose. We’ll come together with a light warming, energizing Vinyasa flow.
    Yoga

  • Day 3 - Thursdays

    Each Thursday, starting on March 26 and ending on May 28, 2021. Ten live Thursday Zoom sessions total. All recorded and made available online in case you miss one.

  • Build a stronger core, greater flexibility, increased concentration and energy.
    Yoga

  • Day 4 - Saturdays

    Each Saturday, starting on March 27 and ending on May 29, 2021. Ten Saturday live Zoom sessions. All recorded and made available in case you miss one.

  • This will be Hatha style yoga practice. Going deep and deeper into longer held poses with mindfulness and breath. Who knows what you may find down there?
