Why Pilates?
For specific core strength, balance and flexibility goals I offer Pilates one on one instruction with a contemporary approach based on classic pilates. In my studio, we will work on the reformer, ball, mat and chair. If we are working in your home, you need a mat or your own apparatus (reformer, chair, tower, ladder barrel, etc.). We can work outdoors when weather allows, but for year round work you’ll need a space clear of furniture of at least ten feet by ten feet.
